Free Plan

Our core mini-website creation and hosting services under the Free Plan are provided at no cost. As no payment is made, there are no refunds applicable. You are free to stop using our service or delete your account at any time.

Premium Plan (Custom Domain)

Our Premium Plan is an optional, paid annual subscription that allows you to connect a custom domain to your Bijlink mini-website.

Cancellations

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. To cancel your subscription and prevent auto-renewal for the next year, please contact our support team at bijlink.in@gmail.com.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our service and the costs associated with domain configuration and service provisioning, payments made for the Premium Plan subscription are **non-refundable**. We do not offer prorated refunds for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-period.

We encourage you to use our comprehensive Free Plan to determine if the service meets your needs before upgrading to the Premium Plan.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as a billing error on our part. If you believe your situation is exceptional, please contact us.
